Where can I view my sales receipt?
You can access your sales receipt by logging into your account on our website. Navigate to the Orders or Purchase History section, where you’ll find all your transaction details and the option to download or print your receipt. If you checked out as a guest, please refer to the receipt sent to your email.
Which power supply unit will I receive- 110v or 220v?
You will receive a power supply tailored to your country’s standards. We deliver miners to over 100 countries worldwide, ensuring power supplies meet local requirements, allowing clients to begin mining seamlessly and without unnecessary complications.
What is the difference between an in-stock product and a batch/production?
When you visit our website’s Available Products page, you will see miner delivery statuses:
- In Stock
- Month Batch/Production
If the status is In Stock, we will ship the product within 48–72 hours of receiving your order. If the status is Month Batch/Production, the product is available for order and will be shipped in the specified month.
Are the stated prices inclusive of shipping prices of the miner?
Yes, the stated price includes shipping costs, covering doorstep delivery.
